The
Elmira Corning Regional Airport (ELM) has
served the Southern Tier of Central New York
and Northern Tier of Central Pennsylvania
since 1945. The Airport offers business and
leisure travelers convenient access to major
urban areas while maintaining the advantages
of a small, regional airport:

The Airport is owned and operated by the
County of Chemung, and is staffed by 17
County employees. Airport security and
operations is available on-site 24 hours /
seven days per week. The Airport Manager's
office is open Monday - Friday, 8:00am to
4:30pm. An auto-attended phone service is
available for all other times.
